TRAINING FOR COORDINATION OF SUPPORTS
Support Coordination helps you to make the best use of your supports in the NDIS Plan. Support Coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to:
- Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals
- Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
- Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.
As a Support a Coordinator, training is always ongoing as the NDIS currently changes protocols, rules and regulations so it’s important to keep yourself in the loop.
I hope that my training course assists you with becoming a great Support Coordinator. My objective is to assist you with becoming successful and I hope that you enjoy the information that I am providing. Let’s have some fun with learning!
My training course is 12-weeks and with your new found knowledge, I am confident that you will be able to assist and ensure that your NDIS Participant has a wonderful Care Team that you have organized and created.
